Our team is led by Kay Carpenter, formerly the Head of Planning of a large national property advisory group. She not only has expert technical planning knowledge, but with over 25 years’ industry experience, she has strong commercial acumen and a wealth of practical experience allowing her to negotiate, drive and deliver excellent outcomes.
